Where does the elasticity of stretch leather come from?
Release time:

The elasticity of stretch leather does not exist naturally, but is achieved through two main methods:
1. Material composite: Natural leather (such as sheepskin and cowhide) is combined with elastic fiber fabrics (such as spandex and lycra) through gluing or hot-melt technology, utilizing the elasticity of the fibers to drive the overall elasticity of the leather.
2. Process treatment: The leather undergoes special tanning or cutting (such as splitting to ultra-thin thickness) to reduce the binding between fibers and enhance its own extensibility. This is followed by the application of an elastic formula in the subsequent finishing layer to improve its resilience.
